Another optional sleeping area in this home is the enclosed sunroom at the front of the apartment off of the living room. This room features a queen size daybed and a desk with lamp. The rooms are also designed with large windows that allow natural light to flood in, providing a welcoming and bright atmosphere.

The living room in this apartment is spacious and designed for both comfort and entertainment. It features comfortable couches and chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table, providing a perfect spot for relaxing or hosting guests.

The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also features plenty of storage space, making it easy to keep your kitchen organized and tidy.

Guests will have access to the entire 1st floor which is Apartment 1 of this beautiful duplex and one parking spot in the rear of the property. Stays for 5 days or more will also have access to the laundry room in the basement of the house.

House Rules

After booking your stay, you will receive a check-in form from us.  This form requires you to upload your identification which is securely shared with our company in order to secure your stay as well as verify your identity for your online payment.  We require that the name on your method of payment matches the name on your reservation; if you use a method of payment that has a name other than the one that booked the reservation you will need to also upload photo identification for the person listed on the payment method as well as the person listed on the reservation. 

Lastly, we are partnered with Know Your Guest (Superhog) – the leading vacation insurance provider.  Before the booking begins, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and pay a refundable damage deposit of $300 or buy a non refundable damage waiver of $30.

Please make sure you complete these items prior to check-in to avoid delays with your access to the property.

We have security cameras on the entire outside of the property to ensure the number of cars, guests, and noise rules are followed.      

Check-In Time is 3:00 pm or after on the day of your scheduled arrival.  

Check-Out Time is 11:00 am on the day of your scheduled departure.   There is a mandatory $50.00 fee for unauthorized late check-outs.  Checking out 2 hours or more past the 11:00 am checkout time will result in paying the full day's rate without discounts and does not award you access to the property for the day. This is the fee for checking out 2 hours or more past 11:00 am.  In addition, if you would like to extend your stay you must still formally request to do so.

Please be sure to reduce volume levels from 8:00 pm - 10:00 am. We love our neighbors and we hope they’ll love you too as our guests.  Parties and large gatherings are prohibited at this property.  WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS.  Your short-term rental is limited to the number of people you listed that will be staying at the property.  THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PERMITTED IN THE APARTMENT IS 3.  NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE.  No visitors or additional guests are permitted.                                                                                                                                    

Towels & Linens
Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition.  Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for any cleaning purposes.  We provide black towels for the removal of makeup and these are the only towels that may be used for this purpose. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and the appropriate replacement fee will be charged to the guest.  Replacement costs are $5 per washcloth or hand towel; $10 per large towel; $30 for any item of a sheet set damaged. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. 

We reserve the right; during your stay, to have access to the house for repairs or other necessary reasons. 

Use of the laundry room will be given to guests with a minimum of a 5-night stay only. 

As our guest, you agree to pay for any damaged or missing items or damage to the house.
